2010 Australian MotoGP Wildcard Applications Now Open

Applications are now open for any Australian riders wishing to apply to ride as a Wildcard in the 125GP and Moto2 classes at the 2010 IVECO Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix at Phillip Island.

The Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) has allocated Motorcycling Australia (MA) three Wildcard spots in each of the classes, and any interested riders should complete the application form which is located at
www.ma.org.au/roadracing.

Depending on the applications received, MA may also put forward a further two nominations to the FIM, to receive one of two additional FIM Wildcard positions available in each class.

The 2010 Australian MotoGP takes place from 14-17 October, and provides a fantastic opportunity for some of our best riding talent to perform on the World stage at Australia’s biggest motorcycle event on the calendar.

Wildcard applications close at COB on Friday13 August 2010, and completed forms should be sent to:
